Shipping

jewelsbyjules.com will provide a tracking number with all items shipped. We offer a range of shipping services from USPS, Fed-Ex and DHL. For time sensitive shipments, including 2-day shipments, orders must be received before 12:00p EST to ship out the same business day. All orders received after the cutoff will ship the following business day. Shopjewelsbyjules.com may ship orders by their carrier of choice for all free and promotional shipping rates.

Buyer must provide the shipping carrier at least 7 days after expected delivery date before items are considered missing and claims can be filed and investigated.

All international shipments may be randomly chosen for inspection. The recipient of an international shipment is thus subject to such import taxes, customes duties and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for a customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
